With a background in architecture and design, his dishes reflect a strong sense of form, color, and balance. He has worked in kitchens like Soho House Berlin and the luxury Maslina Resort in Croatia, blending international flavors with personal flair. Every plate is a fusion of tradition and innovation—crafted with care and creativity.
